How do the owner and team licences work?
The Event Owner licence gives the account owner full Event Superuser access. Additional named-user licences are assigned within that owner’s account, with permissions appropriate to each user’s role.
Can a licence cover more than one event?
Yes. A licence covers access to events within the same event owner account, where that user has been added to the event. Work for another event owner requires a separate licence from that owner.
Does everyone have access to the Site Planner?
Yes. Event Owners, Event Superusers and Event Administrators can edit. Logist, Staffing and Team Leader licences include view-only access.
How do I purchase a licence?
Online purchases are coming soon. The planned journey starts with an Event Owner licence on this website, with additional team licences purchased inside EventPlan. Card checkout and account activation will be connected before purchases open.
Is SCE Staffing different from staffing in EventPlan?
EventPlan’s staffing tools support the delivery of an event. The separate SCE Staffing product is being developed for wider workforce, shifts and availability management.
